First Miracle

In the beginning, when God created the universe, the earth was formless and desolate.

The raging ocean that covered everything was engulfed in total darkness, and the Spirit of God was moving over the water.

Then God commanded, “Let there be light”—and light appeared. Genesis 1:1-3

The Message

Light is the absence of darkness.

Before, my life is formless and desolate. There is just this anticipation of excitement when I am with my friends watching them perform in a music band. There was a time when I don’t know where to go because my life took a turn that brought me jobless, poor and sick. My family was a blessing in my life even though there were many shouting and complaints because I am somewhat a loser.

When I received Jesus into my life as Lord and Savior, it brought light in me. I see myself very blessed because we have a nice house, a car, and small allowance every month even though life is getting tougher. Jesus brought light into my dark world by having this wonderful perspective of what I really have all along. It gave me a sense of direction, a north star, and gave me joy into my heart every day!

Now, I see my world differently! God told me secrets I never could have imagined, and revelations that saved me a lot every time, and all these daily miracles happening. The Light that I have gave me some color, some form, and some picture of what beautiful life ahead of me.

The LORD’s spirit left Saul, and an evil spirit sent by the LORD tormented him. 15 His servants said to him, “We know that an evil spirit sent by God is tormenting you. 16 So give us the order, sir, and we will look for a man who knows how to play the harp. Then when the evil spirit comes on you, the man can play his harp, and you will be all right again.”
17 Saul ordered them, “Find me a man who plays well and bring him to me.”
18 One of his attendants said, “Jesse of the town of Bethlehem has a son who is a good musician. He is also a brave and handsome man, a good soldier, and an able speaker. The LORD is with him.”
19 So Saul sent messengers to Jesse to say, “Send me your son David, the one who takes care of the sheep.” 20 Jesse sent David to Saul with a young goat, a donkey loaded with bread, and a leather bag full of wine. 21 David came to Saul and entered his service. Saul liked him very much and chose him as the man to carry his weapons. 22 Then Saul sent a message to Jesse: “I like David. Let him stay here in my service.” 23 From then on, whenever the evil spirit sent by God came on Saul, David would get his harp and play it. The evil spirit would leave, and Saul would feel better and be all right again.

God Is A Generous God!

God gives and provides to His children for His kingdom. For God said that you should first seek the kingdom of God and He will provide everything that you need. We Christians should be thankful that God is always with us and no matter how small our savings in the bank, we are never hungry.

God loves His children.

Do you like to be in His presence and receive His blessings?

If you confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and your Lord and Savior. If you believe that He died on cross and rose again to wash away your sins, and open the door of your heart for Him, then welcome, you are now a child of God!

After you accepted this gift of salvation, ask God to lead your way for water baptism. Then, you will receive what God has promised and that is the Holy Spirit. He will never leave you nor abandon you…

The One Who Plants Many Seeds Will Have a Large Crop

This is a promise of God to His children.

The other day, I saw a large pumpkin featured in the news. The crop was so big it weighs as much as two grizzly bears. Who doesn’t want to have such a large harvest who could feed many people and be more than satisfied?

People are hungry and even dying of hunger. The only way is Jesus in our hearts. If people will just realize that God loves us and wants us to have an abundant life, then all of us will have food and blessings from a generous God.

Believe, and you will be thankful to Him and glorify His kindness!

Life Of His Son

Psalms 23

When I have the Lord Jesus with me as my Shepherd, I don’t fear any lack because He will provide a drink for His sheep. He will lead me to a restful place and relieve my stress for He is gentle and kind.

When bad days come, I will come to Him for help and He will carry me on His shoulders. His shepherd staff will protect me from wolves trying to harm me, and He will use it to part the Red Seas in my life.

I will thrive even in these days of famine. I will always have plenty because He is my Shepherd.

Even if I have done wrong, He will be merciful and forgive me without any punishment for He is Good all the time!
