In this life we must know where are we heading. We should have a compass to know which way to turn, or which way to go to. We need to know what matters most. Life is more than riches.
This New Year
Birth
As we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, I would like to greet you a Merry Christmas! May this season be a reminder that God loves us and we can obtain life if we receive His goodness and mercy. The greatest gift is the birth, death, and the raising of our Lord Jesus in order to forgive all our sins, so we might gain everlasting life. Therefore, we must rejoice in the Lord, and share this joy with others!
The “Age Of Ultron” Is Here!
Humans have now developed an artificial intelligence (AI) that can think like us, and do all kinds of things, robbing us of jobs. In the future, the developers themselves will lose their own jobs when Artificial Intelligence (AI), are capable of creating its own robots like in the movie, “Avengers: The Age Of Ultron.”
If software applications replaced analog, AI will replace most of software apps, and we will lose the power to create something using our human talents.
Personally, I never thought it will be this sudden that today, AI has become so powerful enough to destroy human jobs. This loss of jobs, and the economics of too much supply, will rob us of salary and wealth. Imagine, robots can create music for free! Digital Audio Workstations and VST plugins will lose its worth, or digital paintings will be as beautiful as AI generated ones that you cannot distinguish from the real! I believe that this will drive the economy to a select few AI companies, and software stores will be moot.
Bloody vicious.
I am also fearful that AI, in the wrong hands, will be catastrophic. If the north koreans hacked their systems and stole their source code, then it will be devastating for them (I’m sure). Then, they can create super intelligent malware that could infect any system connected on the Internet, and pay ransom money that could be in billions! (Why not attack banking systems?)
Money will become so scarce that only a few will run the world.
Extinction.

Proclaim The Word Of The Lord
9 But you are the chosen race, the King’s priests, the holy nation, God’s own people, chosen to proclaim the wonderful acts of God, who called you out of darkness into his own marvelous light. 1 Peter 2:9
God saved us from death, and so we proclaim His goodness! We must tell all His wonderful works, use our gifts given by God to save others. We do this not out of duty, but out of love. We must be sincere in everything we do because this is our testimony.
We are living in the end times, and we must do our best to make God known to all nations. So, build God’s kingdom and our Lord Jesus Christ as our foundation. Without the Lord Jesus, we cannot prosper. Only God in His goodness will make us successful in everything we do.
From such terrible dangers of death he saved us, and will save us; and we have placed our hope in him that he will save us again, 11 as you help us by means of your prayers for us. So it will be that the many prayers for us will be answered, and God will bless us; and many will raise their voices to him in thanksgiving for us. 2 Corinthians 1:10-11

Lewis was saying there is nothing in this world that will fill the emptiness in your soul — no sexual experience, no drug high, no relationship, no amount of success, no quantity of money, no accumulation of possessions. And even if you did possess all of those things at this moment, there still would be something in the deepest part of you that realizes there is more to life than this. The real thing that Lewis was alluding to is the very thing for which we were created. It is that drive to know the God who made us.
John 17:3 says, “This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”

Seek Ye First The Kingdom Of God
We toil everyday to earn money, but is it just money we are toiling for? Reality tells us we need to work in order to have something to eat, and nobody can live on bread alone because we need things other than just bread. We need medicine; we need gasoline for our cars; we need electricity for our TVs, and all the gadgets in our lives! Therefore, man cannot live on bread alone.
4 But Jesus answered, “The scripture says, ‘Human beings cannot live on bread alone, but need every word that God speaks.’” Matthew 4:4
We need every word that God speaks? What does God speak? We know that God speaks through the scriptures right? God tells us to love one another, and God tells us to trust in Him because what is bread if we don’t have His Spirit?
If we seek God’s kingdom, which means we need to toil for God’s people, then God will provide for us everything we need for His church. We need to spread the gospel of Christ (His words), and what God speaks to others who are seeking the Lord’s salvation. That is what it means seeking God’s kingdom first. And, it should be our top priority! Not only for our families, or friends, or even ourselves, for we must put God first. What if we don’t put His ministry first? Then, that is called, “idolatry.”
5 You may be sure that no one who is immoral, indecent, or greedy (for greed is a form of idolatry) will ever receive a share in the Kingdom of Christ and of God. Ephesians 5:5
If we don’t put God first, we are doomed and will never have a share of God’s kingdom. That serious! Our salvation is in danger if we don’t put God’s kingdom first.
Miracles Around Us
It is said in the Bible that God works in the background of our lives that we are not aware of. He is protecting us from harm, and He is leading us to prosper and success, even while we sleep! Like in the book of Esther where God was not even mentioned. God can turn your situation around in the blink of an eye just like Joseph.
28 We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God—those whom he has called according to his plan. Romans 8:28
