All Your Heart

Some wandered in the trackless desert
and could not find their way to a city to live in.
5 They were hungry and thirsty
and had given up all hope.

We love God because He first loved us. The Lord saved me in countless ways, and I thank the Lord with all my heart.

We’ve been through a lot, and we might be thinking if we could have a better life than this. Instead of complaining, we thank the Lord because He worked so many good things in our lives. The blessings we received from Him is greater than the pain we received. Our life is not over yet, so we can expect more blessings to come!

We serve God daily, and we know that He will provide for us daily. Day after day, we receive blessing after blessing. Our food comes from charity, donated to us by my sister. So, I thank the Lord for her, and I believe that God will give her reward.

I also remember that God healed me from Covid without any medicine (I took medicine for fever only), and just a little less than two days, and it was gone! That reminded me that God is the Healer of my life, and I hope that God will heal you too:

I cried to you for help, O LORD my God,
and you healed me;
3 you kept me from the grave.
I was on my way to the depths below,
but you restored my life. Psalms 30:2-3

God is the restorer of life. No matter how our lives are devastated, God will stretch forth His mighty hand and restore us. He will fix what was destroyed, we just have to trust in Him and obey what He says:

1 The LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country, your relatives, and your father’s home, and go to a land that I am going to show you. Genesis 12:1

If God says to us to leave, then we should leave. Obey Him and we will be saved and receive countless blessings just like Abraham. He received so much land as far as his eyes can see, and descendants so numerous that it fills the vast sky.

God’s Offer of Mercy

buy grain and eat!
Come! Buy wine and milk—
it will cost you nothing!

I will make a lasting covenant with you

If wicked people think they can no longer change their ways and it’s too late for them to turn to God, then they are wrong! These verses says that God will come and offer them mercy:

I just pray that they take the opportunity and repent as soon as possible, or else they would suffer terribly.

We toil everyday to earn money, but is it just money we are toiling for? Reality tells us we need to work in order to have something to eat, and nobody can live on bread alone because we need things other than just bread. We need medicine; we need gasoline for our cars; we need electricity for our TVs, and all the gadgets in our lives! Therefore, man cannot live on bread alone.

We need every word that God speaks? What does God speak? We know that God speaks through the scriptures right? God tells us to love one another, and God tells us to trust in Him because what is bread if we don’t have His Spirit?

If we seek God’s kingdom, which means we need to toil for God’s people, then God will provide for us everything we need for His church. We need to spread the gospel of Christ (His words), and what God speaks to others who are seeking the Lord’s salvation. That is what it means seeking God’s kingdom first. And, it should be our top priority! Not only for our families, or friends, or even ourselves, for we must put God first. What if we don’t put His ministry first? Then, that is called, “idolatry.”

⁵ You may be sure that no one who is immoral, indecent, or greedy (for greed is a form of idolatry) will ever receive a share in the Kingdom of Christ and of God. Ephesians 5:5

If we don’t put God first, we are doomed and will never have a share of God’s kingdom. That serious! Our salvation is in danger if we don’t put God’s kingdom first.
