Data Encryption Is Plain Text to God

There is nothing that can be hid from God; everything in all creation is exposed and lies open before his eyes. And it is to him that we must all give an account of ourselves.

Hebrews 4:13

There are so many data hacks and cyberattacks happening around the world, and we can read it everyday in the news. It is quite alarming, and we are afraid that our work will be affected by it, and everything that we worked hard for is stolen. So, people resort to all kinds of voodoo stuff life data encryption, spending in all kinds of endpoint solutions, etc. This is NOT bad, and it works sometimes as expected. However, as a believer, we must know that God can see everything even those encrypted stuff we are hiding! Everything is plain text in God’s eyes.

The next question is if God can see everything, then what must we do to protect ourselves from demonic hackers, or those destructive cybercriminals? The answer is prayer. Or, praying to God for His Wisdom.

If God can see everything even those demons hiding, then God has an advantage. He knows what we must do to protect from the bad guys (Well, except that when we are the bad guys). The simplest answer is God knows everything, and what must be done for our own Good.

For example, if God knows what will happen before it happens like if God knows a hacker will try to penetrate your defenses tonight, then we can prepare for it before it happens.

I’ve been watching the “Battle of Britain” events during World War 2, and surprisingly the Brits already know beforehand when the enemies will arrive because they have this sophisticated radar system in place. They placed tall and short radars facing the east, so when air bombers are invading, they are prepared for it before it arrives. That is how the British defended themselves from external attacks and repelled the nazis effectively.

Therefore, gather intelligence reports and don’t get overconfident, or presume. Stay in the Lord’s protective hands, and trust in His wisdom.

What to Do When AI Fails

AI is unpredictable. If AI produced errors then how do you fix it? This is not just a simple system but a complex one. It’s not just about fixing a ‘bug’ but how you trained the AI with models and data. If AI made a mistake, then who’s responsible especially to critical systems like in health, and national security? After all, we humans are creating machines like humans that commit many mistakes. In the long run, it might cause lawsuits from people who has been harmed by this complex systems. We must be prepared on how to handle AI mistakes.

AI can be a huge help when it is correct, but does it know when it was wrong?

In Praise of God’s Goodness

1 I will always thank the LORD;
I will never stop praising him.
2 I will praise him for what he has done;
may all who are oppressed listen and be glad!
3 Proclaim with me the LORD’s greatness;
let us praise his name together!
4 I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me;
he freed me from all my fears.
5 The oppressed look to him and are glad;
they will never be disappointed.
6 The helpless call to him, and he answers;
he saves them from all their troubles.
7 His angel guards those who honor the LORD
and rescues them from danger.
8 Find out for yourself how good the LORD is.
Happy are those who find safety with him.
9 Honor the LORD, all his people;
those who obey him have all they need.
10 Even lions go hungry for lack of food,
but those who obey the LORD lack nothing good.
11 Come, my young friends, and listen to me,
and I will teach you to honor the LORD.
12 Would you like to enjoy life?
Do you want long life and happiness?
13 Then keep from speaking evil
and from telling lies.
14 Turn away from evil and do good;
strive for peace with all your heart.

15 The LORD watches over the righteous
and listens to their cries;
16 but he opposes those who do evil,
so that when they die, they are soon forgotten.
17 The righteous call to the LORD, and he listens;
he rescues them from all their troubles.
18 The LORD is near to those who are discouraged;
he saves those who have lost all hope.
19 Good people suffer many troubles,
but the LORD saves them from them all;
20 the LORD preserves them completely;
not one of their bones is broken.
21 Evil will kill the wicked;
those who hate the righteous will be punished.
22 The LORD will save his people;
those who go to him for protection will be spared. Psalms 34

This is what I learned for having a long and happy life:

Do you want long life and happiness?
13 Then keep from speaking evil
and from telling lies.
14 Turn away from evil and do good;
strive for peace with all your heart.

Do not speak evil of others, and do not tell any lies about anyone. Strive for peace, and do not fight against others. You know? Just chill-out and be good! As the saying goes, “If you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything.”

The reason why I get into trouble because I talk too much. If people is bothering you to speak evil about someone or something, just ignore them and you’ll be good.

Remember, by keeping our tongue from speaking evil, and by doing good, we will have a long and happy life. That’s a promise!

Teaching about Charity

1 “Make certain you do not perform your religious duties in public so that people will see what you do. If you do these things publicly, you will not have any reward from your Father in heaven.

2 “So when you give something to a needy person, do not make a big show of it, as the hypocrites do in the houses of worship and on the streets. They do it so that people will praise them. I assure you, they have already been paid in full. 3 But when you help a needy person, do it in such a way that even your closest friend will not know about it. 4 Then it will be a private matter. And your Father, who sees what you do in private, will reward you. Matthew 6:1-4

In short, do not be showy who loves the praises of others instead of doing good for the love of God. Giving is not a matter of how big you give, but how big your heart is.

A Life That Pleases God

Finally, my dear friends, since you belong to the Lord Jesus, we beg and urge you to live as we taught you. Then you will please God. You are already living that way, but try even harder. Remember the instructions we gave you as followers of the Lord Jesus. God wants you to be holy, so don’t be immoral in matters of sex. Respect and honor your wife.[a] Don’t be a slave of your desires or live like people who don’t know God. You must not cheat any of the Lord’s followers in matters of sex.[b] Remember, we warned you that he punishes everyone who does such things. God didn’t choose you to be filthy, but to be pure. So if you don’t obey these rules, you are not really disobeying us. Instead, you are disobeying God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.

We don’t have to write you about the need to love each other. God has taught you to do this, 10 and you already have shown your love for all his people in Macedonia. But, my dear friends, we ask you to do even more. 11 Try your best to live quietly, to mind your own business, and to work hard, just as we taught you to do. 12  Then you will be respected by people who are not followers of the Lord, and you won’t have to depend on anyone.

1 Thessalonians 4:1-12

Private Messaging For Free!

This messaging system is fast and simple even for children. Its main strength is having almost no personal information saved on servers, only a username (any username will do) and a password. That’s it!

The only drawback is your messages are not encrypted on servers. However, you can easily delete all of your messages in one click and it will never leave a trace!

To improve privacy, I recommend using a vpn included with your norton anti-virus premium subscription (I am not affiliated with Symantec), if you have one. The reason is your location will be hidden to other people.

Messaging Website For Privacy

There are news today that the U.S. is banning some apps made in Russia and China for espionage. Personally, I don’t know if they are really spying on us (you know news nowadays). But, of course people will get scared and go to other apps that are private and secured. Common sense dictates that there is no privacy in this world because of others. I mean, sometimes we don’t respect other people’s privacy and look even into other people’s affairs!

In the Bible, king David did an atrocious act of peeping tom Bathsheba when she takes a bath. And, it’s not only once, he was doing it for many days, AND he should be fighting in the battle field with his soldiers. To the point that he raped her several times and murdered her husband while he was fighting a war. Of course, God was displeased and punished king David for this evil that he did. The first born with Bathsheba died during pregnancy, and king David suffered when all his wives were raped in broad daylight for all Israel to witness. King David even almost died and had enemies torturing him day and night, written in the book of Psalms.

Therefore, privacy is a human right. We all want privacy in our lives, and all people especially Christians, should respect the privacy of others.

Protect God’s Name And Your Name

“Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.”

Ezekiel 36:22

Why do people have names? You even give your pet dog a name, and cherish that name. Your family’s name is important that is why we want to have juniors, a name like the father’s. Therefore, we must live uprightly and honorably to make our name great! You don’t want to stain your name do you?

God’s name is also the name, “God.” When we pray, we use the name “LORD”, or “Father” as in you are a son or daughter of “God the Father.” In the ten commandments, it is a mortal sin to use the name of the LORD GOD in vain.

I always hear young people in this generation swearing the Lord’s name like “OMG.” That is profanity! We must never, ever profane or dishonor God’s name. Children hears them from movie actors, and copy them. They teach our young ones to be disrespectful even to their own selves.

You don’t want others to make fun of your name, right? Of course our Lord God wants us to respect His name that we must be careful in what we say against God and others.

So, we make our lives honorable because others see us everywhere we go. We don’t want others to make fun of you; we want others to say our beautiful and wonderful name. Not like Judas who God cursed, and nobody want to have his name for our children.

Our way of living bring glory to God. We want our name reflect Jesus in all its glory. We sing praises to our LORD Jesus Christ’s sweet name! Amen.

Video Chat For Buying Products

The pandemic has made a tectonic shift from face to face to digitization of selling products and services. Everything from work from home, groceries, even buying houses and cars. The only problem with buying online is that the person buying needs to be verified. So, they employed solutions like getting photos of IDs, to verify his/her identity. However, this is cumbersome and can be faked.

There might be an easier and more secured solution, and that is the utilization of video chat. Using real-time chat with the person buying is much sure as confirming the identity of both the buyer and seller. I saw one time, when I was buying a battery pack for my phone, the boy is talking with his employer and guiding him what the right product to buy using video chat in real-time.

Going forward, maybe we could also save the video chat for future reference if something failed, like for verification in banks and warranties.

I personally think that this is underutilized this form of technology. We must try to think improvements like a text chat ticker on the video, or maybe language translation in real-time for international communications.
